Blended learning is not just for high schoolers! What does leveraging digital lessons look like with our youngest learners? Learn the basics about blended learning models that make the most of the elementary classroom environment, and share implementation tips and tricks. Blended classrooms can mean BIG learning for our “littles.”

As teachers develop more online content for students, a new educator skillset becomes necessary: digital content design. Often the well-intentioned decisions we make when designing online content can have an unintended negative impact. Participants will learn some research-based strategies to think like an instructional designer and ultimately improve student outcomes while sharing their own tips and resources. Additionally, attendees will leave the session with a free eLearning design handbook.

Daily Doubles... Whammy!... What's behind door #3? Game shows have captured our attention and our hearts for ages. Let's share that same engagement with our students by adding game shows to our classroom instruction. In this session, participants will hear ideas for ways to turn their daily lessons into game shows, play along in a Family Feud-style game, and work collaboratively to design some game show experiences to use in their classes this fall.
